Mithra T , Priyanka Mary Francis and Dr. Thelma John brought 10th, 54th and 70th rank respectively to Kerala this year. We , qblp team congragulate all these three for marvellous victory in Civil Service exam.

keralites are 100% literate and well educated , then why we are far behind in securing a good rank in civil service ?
